I'm Jessica — a Master's-level relationship professional who has spent years sitting with people while they work through the hardest, most human part of life: staying connected to the people who matter.

Good Between grew out of a simple observation: almost nobody is taught how to actually do relationships well. We're taught to read, to drive, to manage money — but not how to repair a fight, set a boundary without guilt, or stay close to someone as life changes both of you. So I built Good Between to be that missing education: practical, warm, and grounded in real skills you can use the same day.

Whether the relationship that needs attention is with a partner, a friend, a parent, a child, or yourself, my job is the same: help you understand the pattern you're in, and give you a clear, doable way forward.

Good Between offers coaching, not psychotherapy. Coaching is educational and forward-focused; it is not a substitute for mental health treatment or licensed therapy.
How I Work

People. Partners. Possibilities.

People
I start with who you actually are — your history, your patterns, your version of "hard" — not a generic script.
Partners
You're not handed advice from a distance. I work alongside you, session by session, as things actually change.
Possibilities
The goal isn't to manage the problem forever — it's to open up a version of the relationship you didn't think was available.

Curious if coaching is the right fit?
